April 2024: Spring has sprung, and there is a lot of smoke!

In business, I closed several deals for some very happy buyers, almost sold out our new development (only one unit left!), and, in the coming weeks, will be launching exciting new listings. That’s especially good because, while inventory is up this month, it’s only a tad higher than this time last year. We still have a ways to go!
